What you are buying
A licence to use digital wedding-planning files for your own personal use. You do not own the copyright in the files.
Personal-use licence
You may download, print and, where a product is editable, edit the files for your own wedding or for a wedding you personally organise. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or give away the files, claim them as your own, or use them in products you sell.
What is included
Each product page lists exactly what is included. Files are supplied as PDF, Excel workbook (.xlsx) or HTML. The Excel workbook is designed for Microsoft Excel; we do not promise that it works in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers. Printing results depend on your printer and paper. Please save a backup copy of your files.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. Where the law requires us to charge tax, it will be shown at checkout.
Delivery
After payment, your download is available on the order confirmation page and in your account, and we send a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us. Download limits may apply.
Download and cancellation consent
Before buying, you are asked to agree that your download may start immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it begins (where that right applies). We record the date and time of that agreement with your order.
Not professional advice
Our guides and tools are general planning information, not financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Check quotes and contracts with your own vendors and advisers.
Updates
We may improve or update files. If we do, we may offer the updated version to existing buyers at our discretion.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your legal consumer rights. Otherwise, our responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
