What we collect when you buy
Your name, email address, billing country and postcode, the products you order, your payment status, the date and time of your download consent, and technical details needed to deliver your order and prevent fraud (such as your IP address). PayPal handles your payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
- to process your order and deliver your files;
- to send receipts and support messages;
- to keep records for tax, accounting and legal reasons;
- to prevent fraud and misuse.
Who sees it
Our payment provider (PayPal), our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, and our accountant or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Marketing
We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and security. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate.
Keeping data
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete other data when it is no longer needed.
