Our promise
Vowmere products are digital files. We want you to receive files that open, match their description and work for you.
If something is wrong, we will fix it
If a file is damaged, will not open, is missing, is not as described on its product page, or you were charged twice for the same order, email support@vowmerestudio.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description. A screenshot helps. We will:
- send you a corrected or replacement file, or help you open it; and
- if we cannot fix the problem, refund the purchase.
Change of mind
Because the files can be downloaded straight away and copied, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after you have downloaded or opened the files. Please read the product page, the free sample and the “What is included” list before buying.
Cancelling before you download (UK and EU buyers)
At checkout we ask you to agree that we may make your download available immediately, and to acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. If you do not tick the box, you cannot complete the purchase. If you have not downloaded your files, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund your order.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live, including your rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content in the UK, the EU and Australia.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal). Timing depends on PayPal and your bank. Where tax was charged, it is refunded with the price.
